This spot is so cozy, beautiful and convenient! My favorite place to stay in the area hands down. Fantastic and super helpful, sweet hosts. Everything is provided for and parking is private. I Love the full kitchen and breakfast seating at the Island. The beds are very comfortable and so is the couch! The dining table is huge. I Loved having a washer and dryer and the bathroom lighting is so nice for putting make up on! I am very happy with my stay and hope to stay again when I’m back in the area! Thank you!!

Just as immaculate as it is adorable, this intimate Plum Island getaway is the perfect spot to rest and recharge. From the enchanting beach decor, to the comfy bed, and fluffy and luxurious linens, not to mention the location — this spot cannot be beat! And Mary Ellen is an exceptional host. Her incredible attention to detail, right down to a personalized welcome note and make-up wipes and black washcloths in the bathroom (pretty great, right ladies?!?!), was only eclipsed by her friendly demeanor and attentive and kind responses to all of my inquiries and requests. The beautiful Plum Island beaches are just steps out the front door, the Newburyport Harbor Light is a quick walk to the northern end of the island, Parker River National Wildlife Refuge with it’s many beautiful trails is a short drive in the other direction, and downtown Newburyport’s fun mix of shopping and restaurants is only 10 minutes down the Plum Island Turnpike. This spot is a gem and I can’t wait to return!

The place was great, right on the beach. It was walkable to a cute coffee shop at the end of the private road. There was parking, and the place was super cute with lovely details. The hosts welcomed me in with creams (even non-dairy) for my morning coffee, waters both still and sparkling, and even flowers and chocolate (swoon). All of these things were so loving and helpful for the state of mind I was in. The bed was incredibly comfy, including the perfect bedding. When there was a problem the hots attended to it right away and gave me a little special something for my trouble. I will definitely stay here again. You can hear folks moving upstairs sometimes, which I share not because it was ANY trouble, but so folks are prepared and don't complain ;)

This Airbnb was a perfect location to just getaway for a weekend and be along the water to relax and reset. Walkable beach steps away, and by car about 10 min from downtown Newburyport area Big thank you to the hosts for being warm, welcoming and providing a safe and peaceful environment. I plan on staying here again in the future

Wonderful Airbnb and host! We stayed for over a week while we finished construction on our house. The Airbnb was clean, the host was incredibly accommodating and had the house cleaned & available on very short notice, and we felt right at home. Great location near Tuscan village and other restaurants/shops. Highly recommend!

Co-hosts James and Lara were very quick to respond and facilitate a last minute reservation. The check in was easy. The condo was exactly as described. I definitely would stay there again and recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, well-appointed, welcoming home base for visiting the Maine coast. Thank you James and Lara!

Fantastic location! Easy walk to Lucy’s and Mad Martha’s if you turn right and of course to the left via the dune path is a beautiful expansive beach. Inside is cozy, warm (early Spring) and perfect. Beautifully appointed and unique artistic touches throughout. Plush towels and luxury bed linens. Kitchen has awesome dinnerware and necessities plus coffee and tea treats. Excellent communication from hosts. Thank you

My time at Plum Island was just perfect ... magical even. The Airbnb was so clean, and it looked exactly like the listing photos. I went in mid-March so it was very quiet and peaceful. I was fortunate enough to get the very rare 65 degree March day. I got to spend time at the beach, which is right there. I later went back to the beach for the most beautiful, cotton candy sky sunset. It's not often that I get to stay right on the beach. This was truly a wonderful couple of days away. I plan to return here again. Thank you for everything!

We were in town for a Spring training baseball game and wanted a few days of sun and relaxation. This location is so nice, it's very private and literally on the beach. We LOVE this locale of this condo, it also has a really nice private pool to cool off in. Laundry right on site is wonderful and you can't find a prettier sunset from your patio than this! Mark was super easy to work with and has a lovely property!
